Biography: Amelia Hyatt (BAPsych [Hons], MPH, PhD candidate) works in Health Services Research and Implementation Science at Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre. Her research interests include health policy, health systems, equity, health literacy and communication and cervical cancer prevention and control. She has a keen interest in developing innovative solutions to address healthcare inequities, such as the SecondEars consultation-recording app.

Biography: Megan Prictor (LLB [Hons], PhD) is a Senior Lecturer at Melbourne Law School and the Centre for Digital Transformation of Health, University of Melbourne, specialising in law and emerging technologies in healthcare. She has a particular interest in the design of legal and governance mechanisms to support technologies enabling better health communication, patient engagement and clinical outcomes. She has published extensively on informed consent, including dynamic consent, on health data governance and on legal issues pertaining to clinical decision support software and consultation audio recording.
